Products are shipped to all countries in Europe and on request to other countries worldwide.
All products are being shipped directly from our central warehouse in the Netherlands.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
When the product is on stock, the delivery period is approximately 1 week. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. Fair Furniture is not responsible for any damage due to delay in the delivery.
In the event we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a refund.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. When, due to incorrect or incomplete entries, your order can not be delivered, we may charged additional delivery costs.
Our packages are usually shipped through our partners DHL and Cheap Cargo.
When purchasing products online, the consumer can cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the order.
During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack the product to the extent that is necessary to assess the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original packaging.
Costs of return
The consumer is responsible for returning the product to the warehouse of Fair Furniture. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer.
Fair Furniture will refund the paid order amount as soon as possible but no later than 30 days the cancellation.

Upon receipt of your parcel or pallet shipment, we ask you to carefully check for damage to the package and contents. If damage is found, it is important that you do not accept the shipment and a report is made of the damage on the freight bill (bill of lading/packing slip) of the carrier.
Every sign of damage must be reported and claimed BEFORE the shipment is accepted.
Silla Acapulco and Fair Furniture B.V. cannot be held responsible for damage that is detected AFTER the receipt and acceptance of the shipment.
